Porthilly Meadow

In April 2018 we employed Luke & Dingle (L&D) to undertake the construction of our four bedroom family home. We chose to use L&D following the positive working relationship we developed with them in 2012, during which they built another house on our family run farm.

Throughout both projects we found L&D to be trustworthy, reliable and proficient. They provided helpful guidance with tough decisions, such as choosing sub-contractors, and were subsequently very good at managing them to ensure critical paths on the project timelines were accomplished. This care and precision meant that both builds were completed on time and to budget.

We found L&D extremely easy to work with, and nothing was too much trouble. Furthermore, since work on site has been completed, any concerns or questions we have had have been answered and dealt with quickly and professionally.
