Traditional Cottage, Rock – Outside View Showing Care in Conservation

This challenging conservation and renovation project saw the refit of two cottages into one holiday home without compromising the roadside look to be the original two traditional cottages.    We had to work within very small confines, not disrupt the main Rock Road at any time whilst rebuilding some outward facing sections, including the garage and the roof patio.  Amongst all this we had to carefully protect and conserve the old framework of the house.

A Roof with a View

Here you can see how well the space above the garage has worked with high quality build and good design to give privacy whilst allowing uninterrupted views out across the Camel Estuary.

Attention to Detail in the Living Space

Complex work at roof level, merging the two buildings took some quality craftsmanship, however the end result was worth it, a huge spacious room with light and loads of the original cottage feel and character.

Refurbishment - Polzeath – Amazing Facelift for 1970's Bungalow

This project was about changing the look, feel and living environment for the client.  The challenge was to provide an ample and airy feel to the interior as well as making the most of the spectacular view across the cornish countryside.  Working closely with the architects drawings Luke & Dingle made the transformation seem simple.

Space Galore

Having significantly extended out the back of the bungalow, this picture shows an enormous amount of living area created by the Luke & Dingle team.  Indoor/outdoor flexibility matched with extremely high quality workmanship makes the most of the restoration.
